Graduation Project (Thesis) Oral Defense Schedule 2022

Graduation project (thesis) oral defense for Communication Engineering Year 2018 (CE181) final year students has been arranged and the details are given in the following:

Time: 14:00 Saturday, May 21st, 2022, China time. Please arrive half an hour early to get prepared.

Venue: C1-523

The Oral Defense Procedure:

1. The prepared documents should include the graduation thesis and all the process management materials, and also the slides. Note that all the documents should be submitted to the supervisor for check on or before Thursday, May 19th, 2022.

2. Oral defense: Each student will have 15-min to present the graduation project (thesis) with the slides and the demonstration of work, followed by a 15-min question and answer session.

3. After the oral defense, students should revise the documents according to the committee comments and submit the hardcopy and softcopy of the final documents.
